I purchased and registered BitDefender, however the product reports that it has few trial days left. What happened?

point 4, I already have a BitDefender account in the above article). You can however add a new email address to your existing account.
How do I add a new email address to MyAccount on BitDefender website?In order to add a new email address please follow the steps below:
- Use your username and password to login to MyAccount;
- Click modify data (available on the right hand side of your account homepage);
- In the window that will appear click add another e-mail address - you will see that a new text box will appear;
- Type you new e-mail address and then click Submit.
Please note that the previous email address cannot be deleted from your account.
How do I add a new license key to MyAccount on BitDefender website?In order to add a new license key please follow the steps below:
- Use your username and password to login to MyAccount;
- Click add new license key (available on the right hand side of your account homepage);
- In the new window click again add new license key - you will see that a new text box will appear;
- Enter your new license key and click Submit.
Please note that the old license keys cannot be removed from your account.
I use a different license key than the one displayed into MyAccount on BitDefender website.There are several possible causes for this situation:
- the license key was generated for an older version of the product you use (v8 or v9). However this does not impact over your product functionalities or registration period;
- the license key used to create your account was the trial key the product came with;
- you switched BitDefender products after creating your account on BitDefender website.
