Our experienced support team will assist and advise your team during the implementation process. Best practice documents are also available to guide your staff through the process.

No Hidden Costs

The pricing scheme for Bitdefender products is extremely simple. There are no services or support fees, no hardware or platform licensing limitations - just a simple licence fee.

Innovative Proactive Protection

B-HAVE (Behavioural Heuristic Analyzer in Virtual Environments) emulates a virtual computer-inside-a-computer where pieces of software run in order to check for potential malware behaviour. This unique  Bitdefender proprietary technology represents a security layer that keeps the operating system safe from unknown viruses by detecting malicious pieces of code for which signatures have not been released yet.

Industry Leading Response Time and The Fastest Response to New Threats

Bitdefender is widely recognized by independent testing labs as a leader in response time to new computer viruses and other malware. According to reports from www.av-test.org, Bitdefender’s proactive security solutions covered WildList threats with consistently the shortest reaction times. It is this ability that allows Bitdefender solutions to reduce business’ vulnerability and risk to new and unknown threats as well as those already detected.  The Bitdefender team has the fastest response time to new online threats (Bitdefender was the first internet security company to release antidotes against viruses like Win32.Bagle, Win32.Netsky, Win32.MyDoom and Conficker).

Awarded for Innovation

Bitdefender is the only antivirus product which received the European IST-Prize, awarded by the European Commission and by representatives of 18 academies in Europe.

Certified Technologies

Bitdefender uses robust scan engines, certified by ICSA Labs, Virus Bulletin, Checkmark, CheckVir and TÜV. Bitdefender products have received numerous awards and prizes for performance, reliability and value.

User and Group Management

The User and Group Management module was designed to provide scalable and flexible protection and allow ISPs to offer added value to customers. Besides a generic set of rules that applies to all the mail traffic, the administrators will have the possibility to configure different antivirus and antispam actions for groups of users.

Advanced Update System and Update Pushing

The Update daemon brings the latest updates and patches to your Bitdefender product using three configurable technologies: on-demand, automatic and pushed. The update process is secure and every update is signed making man-in-the-middle attacks impossible. Integrity checks are performed for every file retrieved using hashing algorithms. The Update process can also be performed through proxy servers. Through Update Pushing, the latest virus signatures are “pushed” to your servers the second they become available, instead of waiting for the next scheduled update, further reducing the threat presented by new viruses.
