The Bitdefender Enterprise Marketing Manager level position will part of the Marketing and Communications group to help accelerate the growth of its Enterprise unit. As a member of the Bitdefender marketing department, the Enterprise Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing communications campaigns and programs that will help to accomplish short and long term goals and strategies including lead generation, increased sales through new and expanded business, profits, and market share with focus placed on needs of at least two key areas. This position will require the development of new capabilities to drive acquisition through B2B adequate communication channels by leveraging existing industry knowledge, programs and platforms, refined for the Bitdefender context.
The right candidate must fully understand and have experience with co-marketing programs with alliance partnerships and strategic accounts, along with core competencies in generalized marketing programs and corresponding metrics available to meet the business goals. The position will take projects from concept through completion and will be responsible for demand creation and lead generation, end-user campaigns through digital marketing campaigns, and social marketing campaigns, content marketing, advertising , sponsorships, tradeshows, list buys, partnerships, field enablement, channel development and other appropriate channels targeting the Large Enterprise and SME markets
The role reports to the Enterprise Marketing Director and will involve continual market analysis and optimization of the strategy to meet key performance indicators.
