Bug fixes:
Only on Windows 98 or Windows ME:
- System freezes after 2-3 hours from Windows startup
- Vsserv.exe not responding at system shutdown
- System crashes when BitDefender is updating
- Windows ME freeze when internet (network) connection is disconnected.

1. Bug description: During the update process, while the signature files are replaced the scan requests are dropped and infected files are not detected.
