A1: Becoming a BitDefender Partner is a few clicks away: you just have to send an e-mail to partners@bitdefender.com containing a brief presentation of your company, your vision about doing business with us, your expectations and the BitDefender products you plan to distribute.


Q2: Is there a starting level into your Partnership structure?
A2: We are committed in developing long-term relationships with our partners, supporting them to grow as much as possible.


Q3: What does the BitDefender Starting Kit contain?
A3: We do anything to support our new partners, as well as our existing ones. In this respect, we have developed a Starting Kit with the aim of supporting the first steps of newcomers into our structure. Hence, the Starting Kit contains: BitDefender Security Suite materials (the products in evaluation versions, documentation, boxes and CD-s images in electronic format and BitDefender distributor prices), Sales materials (BitDefender presentations, offer samples, logos and images and sales manual) as well as the User ID, Password and instructions to access the BitDefender Partner Knowledge Base.


Q4: Are there presentation materials available to support BitDefender Partners in tenders, special deals and other such special situations?
A4: BitDefender Marketing Team is permanently analyzing and updating its presentation materials in order to empower our Partners with the appropriate tools. Within the available materials we have: comparative tests, analyzes, competitive advantages, various product presentations and testimonials.


Q5: Why is it necessary for a BitDefender Partner to certify its Technical Support people?
A5: Our past experience has proven that a high standard of quality in the technical assistance accompanying BitDefender products is mandatory. This is why we have developed training programs as well as certification procedures that guarantee the level of our services. Our online training courses are available permanently; scheduled training courses are conducted several times a year; on-request training courses are available too.


Q6: What is BitDefender Partner Knowledge Base and how can I use it?
A6: BitDefender Partner Knowledge base is an online treasure, containing both sales and technical issues very helpful in your daily activity as a BitDefender Partner. The access is customized, every partner benefiting from a secure session based on authentication mechanisms.


Q7: How could we get higher levels of discount for BitDefender Products?
A7: BitDefender has a very flexible pricing structure. In order to help you push our products into the market, we offer you higher discounts in the following situations: for proven investments in CD-s and boxes, as well as investments in promotional activities. The discounts will vary within a range of 1-10%, depending on the value of investment.
Also, in order to support you in tenders, OEM-s and other special deals, we could offer you special distribution prices that will be subject to negotiation.
