I Have a Problem with my Bitdefender. How Do I Contact Support?



Bitdefender strives to provide its customers with an unparalleled level of fast and accurate support. The Bitdefender Integrated Support feature provides you with links to articles, chapters in the user manual, and video tutorials.

The online Knowledge Base contains articles on the solutions to most of your issues with and questions on Bitdefender.

If you cannot find your answer in the Knowledge Base, you can contact the Bitdefender Customer Care by clicking the link provided at the end of each Knowledge Base article. Our support representatives will answer your questions rapidly and give you all the assistance you need. 

To get help and support from within a Bitdefender product window:

1.       Click the Help and Support link in the bottom right corner of the main application window.

2.       Search within the Knowledge Base articles.

3.       The integrated support tool will allow you to contact directly the Customer Care team.

4.       Insert your E-mail address.

5.       Select the department, according to the issue encountered. 

-          Customer service deals with purchasing, licenses, refunds, or renewal. 

-          Technical support covers issues related to the product itself, and its functionality.

-          For malware related issues, search within the Fight against malware category.

6.       From the category drop-down list, select the topic you are interested in.

7.       Describe the problem encountered and press Next. The support tool will gather all of the information required for Bitdefender engineers to identify and reproduce the issue you reported.

8.       The last step of the wizard will indicate that you will have to attached the generate archive to your E-mail for the Support team.

If you need further assistance, clicking the Contact US link, fill in the provided form and submit it to the Customer Care team directly. You can contact the Customer Care team by chat or by phone by clicking the corresponding links.  Please note that in order to contact Customer Care by phone or chat, you will need to log in to your Bitdefender account with your MyAccount credentials.
