The 2020 Channel Chiefs list, which recognizes top vendor executives who continually demonstrate exemplary leadership, influence, innovation, and growth for the IT channel, includes Bitdefender Vice President of Global Sales and Channels Joe Sykora, Bitdefender Senior Manager of the worldwide Partner Program Raluca Avram and Bill Bellano, Bitdefender’s Regional Vice President of North America Sales & Channels.

“We have rolled out a revamped MSP Partner Program to ensure our MSP have more dedicated tools to grow their revenue stream, launched a new lead generation program by acquiring a turnkey channel marketing automation tool available to all our partners, and we’ve shifted our efforts to better communication channels, as we see an increased need to focus more on building stronger and more personalized business partnerships,” Avram said.
Bellano attributed Bitdefender’s success in part to the company’s “focus on our partners’ point of view and making our programs easier to understand and participate in.”
