Follow these simple steps to access your 2Checkout account and manage your Bitdefender orders:

1. Visit Bitdefender’s 2Checkout account page at https://store.bitdefender.com/myaccount/

2. Enter the email address associated with your Bitdefender purchase and click on SEND ACCESS LINK.

3. Check your email for a message from 2Checkout (now Verifone) and click the access link within one hour.

4. The link will open the 2Checkout MyAccount portal in your web browser. Click Continue.

5. Once inside, you can use the platform to:

• Retrieve your activation code and check order status, even if the payment is incomplete.
• Track and view your full purchase history.
• Download and print invoices.
• Renew your subscription.
• Enable or disable the automatic renewal of your Bitdefender software.
• Find support details for your purchased Bitdefender products.
